Fill out the form below to book your next tattoo appointment.* Please be as detailed as possible. We can't wait to work with you!

Please allow ample time for the artist to reach out to you or call the shop for updates.

*Must be 16 years old + with parent consent and valid ID for both parties  for tattoo appointments.  A booking deposit is also required to make an appointment, which is non-refundable but can be applied  to any of our artists.  A 4% surcharge is applied to payments made with credit cards.
